As of right now we ship only with in the 48 continual  United States. We ship via U.S.P.S  under two Methods, Express or Priority. We no not ship U.P.S or FedEx due to past issues  so please don't ask. For all other fish please contact Constance with your zipcode and order for a shipping quote. All shipping quotes include the $5 box fee, handling fee, and if needed heat pack. At the return of the box 5.00 is refundable to the buyer ( we do not refund money to any person other then the Buyer)   Conditions of the Live Arrival Guarantee (1) Shipping is not refundable for any reason. (2) A picture of the dead fish in the unopened bag with the bag writing and fish clearly visible must be taken with in 3 hours of the arrival of the package. (3) Sallee’s Halfmoons and Deltas must be notified with in the 3 hour limit and pictures must be sent with the notification.   The two choices of action in the case of a D.O.A. (1) Refund of the fish will be sent back to the buyer. (2) New fish of similar quality and price will shipped (shipping will have to be covered by the buyer using this refund method)   PLEASE NOTE: Sallee’s Halfmoons and Deltas reserves the right to choose to refund  payment over sending new fish.   All fish are double bagged and placed at a 45 degree angle to ensure safety. All shipping boxes are insulated Styrofoam. Heat packs are added as needed. If a box does not require a heat pack the shipping price will be adjusted accordingly.
